I wanted to adjust them to the stiffest setting because i was taking a passenger for a ride, and the screwdriver i was using broke off in the hole. I managed to get the piece of screwdriver out, and I adjusted it by turning it with my hand because I didn't feel like looking for something else to stick in the hole. It is hard to turn by hand, but possible. The problem is, I turned it too far, past the hardest setting, and now i can't get it back down. The weird thing is, i can adjust it even stiffer....2 clicks that aren't even supposed to be there. Anyone else have this problem?
